We collect information in order to answer your enquiry, and/or to provide effective coaching services. Therefore, we need information to help us provide a better services through understanding you and your situation. Therefore, we may:

  • Use the information to get in contact with you and reply to your enquiry.
  • Use the information to improve our products and services.
  • Send emails about new services, special offers or other information which we believe you will find useful using the email address you have provided to us.

How do we look after your information?

We are committed to ensuring your information is safe and secure. In order to do this, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and organisational procedures to look after the information we collect and retain about you.

Third parties / other platforms We use Wix and Google Analytics for our website. External websites Occasionally, we may make reference another website. Once you leave our site to another website, we don’t have control over how they protect your information or privacy. Please exercise caution and refer to their own privacy statements on their website. Third party disclosure We don’t sell, trade or transfer your Personally Identifiable Information to outside parties. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, carrying out our business, or serving our customers; as long as these parties commit to keeping this information confidential. We may also release information when required to do so by law, to enforce our site policies, or where necessary to protect ours/others’ rights, property or safety.

What about email marketing?

If you’d like to unsubscribe from marketing emails, please reply to the email with the word UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line. You can also unsubscribe by sending us a message through our website with your request.

What about payment information?

Payments taken through our website are processed through Stripe and PayPal. These companies will retain the information that you provide. We are provided by them with your name and email address, service type paid for, date of payment and amount of payment.
