Charity Managers' Cafe is now open

The Charity Managers’ Cafe was created to provide a group coaching community for managers who work for charities in the UK.

It was launched almost a month ago on International Womens' Day 2019 back in March - partly as a celebration of the amazing women in management roles in charities who I've met along my own management journey :)

 

This year's International Women's Day theme was #balanceforbetter so I'm also hoping the Cafe will enable improved gender balance by giving all charity managers a platform to share, learn and grow.

 

 

Having spent almost 20 years working in the charity sector in business and relationship development, I’ve experienced the highs and lows myself. And now as a trained and qualified coach, I want to help other managers to achieve their goals whilst looking after their health.

 

Balancing life and work is tough. When you’re committed to the cause that your charity supports, it becomes tougher to prioritise.

The Charity Managers’ Cafe includes a private Facebook group for lots of chat, support and information. Join us by searching Facebook for Charity Managers Cafe (group).

 

Charity Managers can also choose to upgrade their Cafe membership to include private coaching and personalised email support. This is great for additional support with those more challenging goals or when you’re feeling stuck in a rut.
